CANADIAN CHILDREN'S TV SERIES MEETS WITH INCREDIBLE WORLD SUCCESS

(CANNES) Incredible Story Studio, the series that makes kids stories into movies, will soon be seen by millions of children worldwide demonstrating the powerful and far-reaching nature of one of Canada's top children's dramatic television programs.

An announcement was made today at MIPTV that Incredible Story Studio has been sold to some of the world's heavy hitters in children's television programming.

DISNEY CHANNEL INTERNATIONAL will pick up the series for the United Kingdom, France and Germany, with future options.

DISCOVERY CHANNEL will run the series in the United States and South America as part of its new Discovery Kids Block, renaming it Discovery Kids Story Studio and airing it every Sunday morning (ET/PT).

NICKLEODEON AUSTRALIA, the SOUTH AFRICA BROADCASTING CORPORATION (SABC) as well as broadcasters in Ireland, Israel and Poland will begin airing the series this spring.

By September 1999, Incredible Story Studio will be broadcast to more than 100 million homes worldwide.

Presently in pre-production for its third season, producers of the series, Minds Eye Entertainment and VJritJ Films, are making plans to shoot several episodes in Europe, the United States and South America for upcoming seasons.
